Case

This column is mainly about the case of Shieldon customizing pocket knife manufacture, folding knife manufacture, and multi-tools manufacture for customers. Some come to us with drawings for design and development. Some only provide some sketches. We help customers turn sketches into CAD design drawings so that customers’ ideas can be turned into real knives and multi-tools that can be played with. Our goal is to help customers turn their ideas into reality as much as possible. Isn’t it really cool? 

Of course, turning every idea into reality is not simple. Taking folding knives as an example, from the knife body steel using commonly used 3CR13 Stainless Steel or D2 Steel, to the type of knife lock using Liner lock or Button lock, design, mold opening, production, inspection, and packaging are all things we need to consider, and no detail can be neglected. The following cases are some of our more typical cases. We feel that they are well worth sharing. We hope you will like them.
